Cette commande permet de créer un proxy SOCKS local qui redirige tout ce qui est adressé sur le port 1080 vers l'internet via le serveur ssh. Il suffit alors de configurer les programme locaux pour passer par le port localhost:1080. On peut ajouter l'option ''-C'' afin de compresser le flux (utile surtout sur du contenu textuel).
